MOM'S NO COOK HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
5 eggs

2 c. white sugar

2 tbsp. pure vanilla

1 pt. whip cream

2 qt. half & half

Beat all of the above in a very large bowl. When well mixed pour into your 4 quart freezer and freeze as any ice cream.

When using this recipe I accidently left out the vanilla. I had comments that it did not need the vanilla and was told to always make it that way. It was creamy and oh so good. I did add a small amount of milk to the I cream freezer to have the liquid come up to the 4 quart line.
