BUTTER-BRICKLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil

Blend together for 3 minutes. Spread half the batter in 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle half the sugar mixture, then the rest of the batter and sugar mixture on top.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Sugar Mixture:

1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (I use walnuts)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Serve with whipped cream on top.
