BEEF BROCCOLI WELLINGTON 
1 lb. ground beef
9 oz. cut broccoli
4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 (8 oz.) crescent roll pkgs.
1/2 - 1 tsp. poppy seed (optional)

Brown beef and drain well. Add broccoli, onion, sour cream, salt, pepper and mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Separate crescent roll dough into 4 long rectangles on an ungreased cookie sheet and press edges.

Spoon beef mixture in 3 inch strips length wise down center of dough. Add cheese on top of beef mixture and fold dough over filling, over lapping edges.

Bake at 375°F for 18 to 22 minutes. Top with poppy seeds (optional).
