1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter

Melt and mix above ingredients. Add:

1 (12 oz.) box Rice Chex or Crispix

Mix. Place all ingredients in a grocery bag which has 2 cups powdered sugar in it and shake.
