1 stick butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter

Melt slowly. Put 1 (12 oz.) box Rice Chex in a large bowl. Pour melted ingredients over Chex. Stir or toss until mixed well. Put 2 cups powdered sugar in a paper sack and add cereal mix. Shake very well.
