1 c. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 to 4 1/2 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Melted chocolate chips and butter together and add peanut butter. Pour mixture over the Rice Chex cereal and coat completely. In a brown paper bag, place powdered sugar. Pour cereal in bag and shake until covered with powdered sugar. Let cool completely before covering.
