1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 box Crispix cereal
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 lg. brown grocery bag

Take first three ingredients and melt together in medium saucepan over low heat. While melting, stir to mix well then pour over cereal. Coat well. Pour powdered sugar into brown grocery bag, fold down top, hold tightly and shake bag until cereal is well coated.
