1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 box Crispix cereal (approx. 8 c.)
2 c. powdered sugar +

Melt butter. Stir in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Pour over cereal. Shake in a covered bowl with the powdered sugar until the cereal is well coated.
