CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Butter bread crumbs

Line buttered pan with cooked broccoli. Put cooked chicken chunks on top of broccoli.

SAUCE:

1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with 1 cup cheese and buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
