CONGEALED BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can beef consomme
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Cook and drain broccoli. Heat consomme and add gelatin which has been added to 1/4 cup water. Cool. Mash cream cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning. Combine all ingredients except eggs and pimiento. Arrange eggs and pimiento in mold and pour mixture over. Congeal. Serves 10 to 12.
