PEACH BREAD PUDDING | |
1 stick butter 4 pieces toasted white bread 1 c. canned milk 3 eggs beaten 1 can (regular size) drained peaches 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. pecans, optional Melt butter in 6 x 12 dish or bowl. Toast bread. Break into large pieces into bowl or dish. In a bowl mix beaten eggs, sugar, peaches, etc. Pour over bread sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
