“GRILLED CHOP PLATTER” IS IN:

GRILLED CHOP PLATTER 
5 chops (lamb, pork or veal)
5 slices canned pineapple
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup Ten-Minute Cranberry Sauce, drained of juice

Broil chops and season. Brush pineapple slices with melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and brown in broiler during last 5 minutes chops are cooking.

Arrange chops and grilled pineapple slices on hot platter and fill centers of pineapple with drained cranberry sauce.
