PORK CHOPS WITH BAKED APPLES 
2 lg. butterfly pork chops
1-2 apples, thinly sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. raisins
Cinnamon (about 1/2 tsp.)
Black pepper
Butter or Pam

Melt approximately 1 teaspoon butter in skillet. Brown pork chops and sprinkle with pepper. Spray casserole with Pam. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line casserole with sliced apples. Sprinkle apples with raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (May also add 1 tablespoon brandy.)
