CHOCOLATE LOVERS FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can (11 3/8 oz.) evaporated milk
8 oz. marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 lb. chopped nuts (optional)

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar and milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly being careful not to scorch. Boil 7 minutes after first bubbles appear (approximately 235 to 240 degrees) while stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and immediately add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add rest of ingredients and stir until cool and creamy. Pour into 9"x13"x2" pan and let cool.
