MEAT - ZA PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. ketchup
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix first 4 ingredients in pie plate with a fork. Pat evenly onto bottom and sides of plate. Press firmly. Spread ketchup on meat, then mushrooms, Cheddar cheese and oregano. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
