1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs or crackers
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients together using just 3/4 of soup. Put into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When done, put on top mashed potatoes mixed with other half of soup. Top with cheese.
