SKILLET MEAT ZA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
6 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/3 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
1/3 c. ketchup or paste
2 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Combine meat, evaporated milk, bread crumbs and garlic. Press mixture over bottom and about 3/4 inches up sides of a well greased 9 inch skillet. Shape meat like shell. Spread ketchup over mixture sprinkle mushrooms over ketchup. Top with shredded cheese, sprinkle with oregano and then Parmesan cheese. Cover, cook on controlled surface burner set at 250 degrees about 30 minutes. Note: Pie may be shaped in 9 inch pie plate and baked in oven at 375 degree about 25 to 30 minutes.
