BAKED SQUASH 
2 c. crushed potato chips
2 c. cooked squash, drained
1 lg. onion, grated
2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Drain squash and mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Pour 1/2 of squash mixture into casserole. Add 1 cup cheese and 1 cup chips. Add remaining mixture, cheese and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
