BAKED SQUASH 
1 to 2 lbs. fresh yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box corn bread stuffing mix
2 med. onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook squash and onions until tender, drain. Add soup, stuffing mix and seasonings. Mix together. Pour into baking dish, cover with grated cheese and bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
