BANANA CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. yellow cake flour
1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. buttermilk or skim
1 1/2 c. mashed or slices
Optional: fruit salad, drained, or bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add dry ingredients with milk, bananas, vanilla, cinnamon; mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool; use butter icing or cream cheese frosting.
