PARTY ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 (14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder to taste

Mix all ingredients in saucepan and heat until mixture bubbles, stirring often. Then pour into chafing dish to keep warm. Serve with dip style Fritos or crackers.
