LEMON CRUMB SQUARES 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. uncooked oatmeal

Blend together condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon peel; set aside.

Cream butter and then add sugar. Blend well. Add oatmeal. Sift flour, baking powder and salt, add to oatmeal mixture. Mix until crumbly. Spread half of mixture into buttered 9"x13" pan. Pat down. Spread lemon mixture on top. Cover with rest of crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown around edges. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Cut into squares and chill in pan until firm.
