LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix flour and powdered sugar. Cut in softened butter. Press into 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. lemon juice

Beat well and pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or more. Do not over bake. 12 cookies.
