MRS. FIELDS CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
5 c. oatmeal
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 plain 8 oz. Hershey bar, grated
2 c. nuts, if desired

Cream together butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Blend the 5 c. oatmeal in a blender until fine, add flour, salt, baking powder, soda, add to cream mixture. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts.

Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes. Underbake will make them chewy. About 112 cookies.
