| EASY-TO-MAKE CHEESECAKE - CHOCOLATE CHIP OR PLAIN | |

1 1/2 c. finely crushed Oreo cookies (or graham crackers) 1/4 c. melted butter 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle) 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. flour 1 c. mini chocolate chips Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix butter and cookies together and press into 9 1/2 inch pan (wax lined springform). Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk. Beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Toss 1/2 cup chips with flour and fold into cheese cake mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake 1 hour or until done. Lightly browned, springy top. Cool then chill. | |

I was nervous to make cheesecake, but I made this over the weekend in a 9" x 13" pan and then cut into bite sized pieces. This went over very well at the church pot-luck, many people asked for the recipe, and many were sad when all the bites were gone. Thank you for an easy recipe for cheesecake. I will definitely make again.
