MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
3 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. cream style corn
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 sm. Jalapeno peppers, chopped
4 strips bacon, fried crisp

Mix all ingredients well and pour into well greased skillet. Cook 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
