KRUMKAKE 
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Add sugar to eggs and beat. Melt the butter and add to the mixture, but be sure the butter isn't too hot when adding. Then add the vanilla and the flour.

This is easier to handle when chilled overnight or for several hours.

Place one teaspoon of dough on a hot Krumkake iron and bake. When done, roll it immediately in a straw shape or cone. Keep in a tight container.
