KRUMKAKE 
3 well-beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs until thick and creamy. Beat in sugar gradually. Melt butter and add to mixture, then flour and flavoring. Beat until smooth. Place one teaspoon dough on hot krumkake iron, turn iron and bake until light brown. Roll quickly on stick.

Variation: These may be filled with fruit and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
