NORWEGIAN KRUMKAKE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
Crushed cardamon to taste

Beat eggs and mix in ingredients in order, adding 1/3 of flour at a time. Put a teaspoon of butter on a Krumkake iron, that is prepared and buttered. Makes approximately 60.
