SPECIAL CHEESE PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. pie filling (cherry, strawberry, blueberry, etc.)

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until set, 4 hours. Spoon pie filling over top of pie.
