STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TARTS | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed 6 individual graham cracker pie shells In food processor bowl or blender, combine cream cheese, strawberries, and sugar; process until smooth. Transfer to large bowl; fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture, mounding slightly, into individual pie shells. Refrigerate until firm about 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and fresh strawberries. One 9-inch graham cracker pie shell can be substituted for the individual pie shells. |
