STRAWBERRY BLOSSOM CHEESE TARTS | |
18 vanilla wafers 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 can strawberry pie filling Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together for 5 minutes at medium speed. Put cupcake liners in muffin tins. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Then fill them with cream cheese mixture about 1/2 inch from top. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, spoon strawberry pie filling on top. Place tarts in refrigerator to cool. Makes 18 tarts. |
