STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TARTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. strawberries, fresh
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust

In a food processor, using a metal blade, combine the cream cheese, strawberries and powdered sugar and process until smooth. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and fold in the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with additional strawberries and whipped topping. This recipe can also be put into 6 individual graham cracker pie shells.
