STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 mushrooms, remove stems
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. onion
Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in pan; add chopped onion and chopped mushroom stems. Cook until onion is transparent. Add enough stuffing to absorb butter. Stuff mushrooms and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
