CREME DE MINT BROWNIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. plain flour 1/4 tsp. salt 16 oz. can Hershey chocolate syrup 1 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 2 1/2 tbsp. Creme De Mint 6 oz. bag chocolate morsels 1/4 c. butter Cream 1/2 cup butter and add sugar and add eggs 1 at a time. Combine flour and salt together. Alternate with dry mixture and chocolate syrup. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring and nuts. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool but still a little warm, add 1/4 cup butter, sugar and Cream De Mint. Spread on top of brownie mixture. Melt chocolate chips and butter, spread on top of mint layer. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour before cutting. |
