MINT BROWNIES 
BROWNIES:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
7 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

MINT TOPPING:

3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
3 tbsp. creme de menthe

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

10 oz. chocolate chips
8 tbsp. butter

Brownies: Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar gradually. Stir in vanilla. Melt butter. Add cocoa to melted butter. Add cocoa mixture to sugar and eggs. Stir in flour and salt. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let brownies cool.

Mint Topping: Melt 1 cup butter. Mix in powdered sugar and creme de menthe. Spread over cooled brownies.

Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler. Spread over mint topping. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
