MINT FROSTED BROWNIES 
2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate and butter together in double boiler. Cool slightly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in sugar, flour, and nuts. Spread into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees no longer than, 25 minutes. Brownies will be fudge-like. Cool.

WHITE FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. heavy cream or milk
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. mint extract

Combine and beat all ingredients until smooth. Spread over brownie layer. Cover and chill 1 hour.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

4 oz. sweet or semi-sweet chocolate or 6 oz. pkg. of chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Add vanilla. Drizzle over mint frosting. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. May substitute any family size fudge brownie mix.
