MINT BROWNIES 
BROWNIE:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 can Hershey's syrup

MINT LAYER:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. mint chocolate chips

In a large mixer bowl beat flour, sugar, butter (softened), eggs and Hershey syrup until smooth. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely in pan.

Mix ingredients together for mint layer until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Chill.

In a small micro-proof bowl melt the butter and mint chocolate chips in the microwave at high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Pour over top of mint layer. Cover and chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
