POLISH SAUSAGE ALL - IN - ONE -
DINNER
 
2 lb. Polish sausage
4-5 med. potatoes
1 med. green bell pepper
4-6 carrots
1-2 onions
1 c. water
1 med. head cabbage
1 (16 oz.) can French green beans
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Slice sausage and potatoes. Cut green pepper and carrots into strips. Cut onions and cabbage into quarters. Layer sausage, potatoes, green pepper, carrots, onions and cabbage in large saucepan. Add salt, pepper and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 35-45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
