SMOKED SAUSAGE DINNER 
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. smoked Polish sausage, cut 1/2 inch thick
1 (16 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
2 c. cooked noodles

In large skillet, cook onion, green pepper, and sausage until onion is tender and sausage is heated through. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes and noodles. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir often.
