POLISH SAUSAGE AND KRAUT DINNER 
1 pkg. Hillshire Farms - Lite Polish sausage, approx. 1 lb.
1 can or jar sauerkraut
1/4 c. brown sugar (or jelly)
8 potatoes
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry's Lemon Pepper

Brown sausage lightly in skillet, add sugar or any kind of jelly, I prefer pepper jelly, simmer to glaze meat approximately 10 minutes (add a little water if needed (not more than 1/4 cup), set aside.

Cook sauerkraut for 1/2 hour. If you do not like it sour, rinse and drain before you cook in 1 cup water. Set aside.

Cook potatoes in water until tender (approximately 1/2 hour). Drain. Put milk and butter together and heat until butter melts. Mash potatoes, add milk/butter combination and whip together. Set aside.
