POLISH SAUSAGE QUICK SKILLET DINNER | |
Hillshire Smoke Summer sausage 1 lg. onion, sliced 4 potatoes with skins, quartered 6 carrots, cut into chunks 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp. dried parsley Cut sausage into pieces and place in large skillet. Cover with water, lay the vegetables in skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; add dill weed and parsley. Cook. Cover on medium heat until vegetables are done. Green beans and cabbage quarters can be substituted. |
