ROBEY CHICKEN 
Chicken parts, your preference
1 can any "cream of" (i.e. cream of asparagus, celery, mushroom, etc.)
1 chopped onion (less or more if you like)
Assorted vegetables (fresh is good) but frozen medleys work well if you need a quick meal
Season to taste

Place chicken in an oven proof dish, top with chopped onions. Pour undiluted "cream of..soup" over chicken. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Add vegetables. Return to oven for about another 30 minutes. Season to taste (Mrs. Dash's no salt blend work well). Serve with rice or noodles. This dish can be microwaved if speed is a necessity. Follow directions for your microwave and the amount of chicken used.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
