CRANBERRY - APPLE - PEAR SAUCE 
2 lb. cranberries
6 apples, cored, peeled & diced
4 pears, cored, peeled & diced
2 c. golden raisins
2 c. sugar
1 c. fresh orange juice (3 oranges)
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. orange flavor liqueur

In a large heavy pan combine all ingredients except liqueur. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered, stirring frequently, until thick, about 45 minutes. Stir in liqueur and chill. Good with poultry and pork.
