APPLE CRANBERRY SAUCE 
3 qt. apples, sliced with peel
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
2 c. water

Place apples in heavy pan with the water. Cook with cover until almost tender. Add cranberries and continue cooking until cranberries burst. Run cranberry apple mixture thorough food processor or food mill. Add sugar and chill.
