COUNTRY APPLE CRANBERRY SAUCE 
12 oz. pkg. cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tart apple, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp. grated orange peel

In medium pan, combine washed cranberries, sugar, water and apple. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in orange peel. Cool completely and serve or refrigerate.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.
