ORIENTAL BARBECUED RIBS | |
1/2 c. dry sherry 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce 1/4 c. orange juice 2 tsp. sesame oil 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger 2 tbsp. minced cilantro 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. orange zest Black pepper to taste 1 rack pork spareribs (2 pounds) Combine all marinade ingredients. Place spareribs in shallow dish and cover with marinade at least 6 hours (or overnight). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake ribs for 40 to 45 minutes, basting often. Remove ribs from oven and place on grill 15 to 20 minutes while turning and basting. |
