SID'S BARBECUED RIBS 
1/2 c. water
Salt to taste
1 c. ketchup (Heinz)
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 med. onion
3 lbs. baby back pork ribs

NOTE: for over 3 lbs. ribs be sure to double sauce recipe. Pour 1/2 cup water into roaster. Salt ribs after cutting into serving pieces and place in covered roaster. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Combine ketchup, horseradish, worcestershire, brown sugar and onion and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove ribs after 3 hours, drain all but 1 tablespoon grease, spread sauce on the ribs and layer in covered roaster. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
