BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
3-4 lbs. country style pork ribs
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ribs. Mix other ingredients and pour over browned ribs and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
