BETTER OVEN BAKED BARBECUE
SPARERIBS
 
4 lbs. spareribs
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Brown spareribs well; pour off excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 3 hours, basting with sauce 5 or 6 times. Remove cover, bake 15 minutes longer if needed. Yield: 6 servings.
